The Ti can grow up to ten feet tall! They have very thin stalks and a beautiful red green mixed head. The head is a very odd looking flower but none of the less has great coloring. The leave are usually two feet long and are very smooth.
The leaves come in various colors such as red, green, black, and cream. The Ti plant also produces little red berries. Ti flowers are also very fragrant and attract little bugs. The Ti leaves are used to wrap food and to give it more flavor. When cooking the food, you wrap the long Ti leaves around the food before sticking it in the oven.
